Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Koordination und Überwachung unserer anspruchsvollen Bahnprojekte direkt vor Ort auf der Baustelle.
- Als technische Ansprechperson für alle Projektbeteiligten stellst Du die Einhaltung der bahnspezifischen Richtlinien sicher und führst finale Abnahmen durch.
- Du steuerst aktiv den Projektfortschritt, indem Du Termine, Kosten und die Qualität der Bauausführung kontinuierlich im Blick behältst.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam managst Du das Vertrags- und Nachtragswesen nach VOB und kommunizierst mit Auftraggebern sowie Nachunternehmern.
- Du gewährleistest eine lückenlose und revisionssichere Projektdokumentation, insbesondere durch die sorgfältige Führung der Bautagebücher mittels MS Office.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) bzw. einen Abschluss als staatlich geprüfte*r/anerkannte*r Techniker*in (Fachrichtung Bautechnik) und/oder Industriemeister*in Fachrichtung Gleisbau
- Du hast die Funktionsausbildung zum "Bauüberwacher Bahn" (m/w/d) absolviert
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht VOB/BGB sowie bahnspezifischer Richtlinien
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
