- Junior Salesforce Consultant für HR Prozesse (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest mit Salesforce-Lösungen zur Abbildung von Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Recruitingprozessen und setzt Leadgenerierung, Kontaktmanagement und Customer Journeys um.
- Du begleitest im Projektteam die Implementierung integrierter Salesforce-Anwendungen und unterstützt die Integration von Zusatzlösungen wie Bullhorn, Pardot, JustOn oder Tableau sowie die Anbindung an ERP-Systeme.
- Du lernst im Projektteam das Beratungsgeschäft kennen und entwickelst ein Verständnis für nutzerfreundliche Oberflächen, Prozessautomatisierung und die Vorbereitung sowie Nachverfolgung von Kunden- und Projektaktivitäten.
- Berufsbegleitendes Masterstudium mit 4 Semestern inkl. Masterthesis

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Personalwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Salesforce, CRM- oder Recruiting-Systemen, z. B. durch Werkstudententätigkeiten, Praktika, Junior-Positionen oder HR-Erfahrung
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Salesforce Sales- und Service Cloud; erste Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Interesse an agilen Projektmethoden und systemübergreifenden Prozessen
- IT-Affinität, Kommunikationsstärke und Lernbereitschaft
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Projektteam
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
