- Junior Salesforce Consultant für Professional Service (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest mit Salesforce-Lösungen zur Abbildung effizienter Vertriebsprozesse und setzt Leadgenerierung, Kontakt- und Angebotsmanagement sowie vertriebsnahe Zusatzfunktionen strukturiert um.
- Du begleitest im Projektteam die Implementierung integrierter Salesforce-Anwendungen und wirkst an der Etablierung von Salesforce als Single-Point-of-Truth sowie an der Integration von Kantata (ehem. Kimble) und Certinia zur Abbildung projekt-, ressourcen- und abrechnungsrelevanter Prozesse mit.
- Du lernst in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Projektteams das Beratungsgeschäft kennen und entwickelst ein Verständnis für systemübergreifende Prozesse, nutzerfreundliche Oberflächen sowie die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kunden- und Projektaktivitäten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Bachelorstudium, idealerweise in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang, bzw. eine relevante Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Umfeld von Salesforce-Projekten, z. B. durch Werkstudententätigkeiten, Junior-Positionen oder Inhouse-Rollen
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Salesforce-Plattform, idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit der Sales oder Service Cloud; Zertifizierungen sind willkommen, aber kein Muss
- Erste Einblicke in agile Arbeitsweisen oder Projektmethoden
- Hohe IT-Affinität, Lernbereitschaft und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie im Projektteam
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, gutes Kommunikationsvermögen und Motivation, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
