Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen eigenverantwortlich Angebots- und Auftragskalkulationen für unsere anspruchsvollen Projekte im Erd- und Grundbau und sichern damit unsere Wettbewerbsfähigkeit.
- Sie analysieren und bewerten Ausschreibungsunterlagen, prüfen diese auf Plausibilität und schaffen so die Grundlage für eine erfolgreiche Angebotsabgabe.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bau- und Projektleitung erarbeiten Sie Nachtragsangebote und unterstützen bei den entsprechenden Verhandlungen.
- Sie pflegen und optimieren kontinuierlich die Kalkulationsstammdaten, um die Genauigkeit und Effizienz unserer Angebotsprozesse sicherzustellen.
- Sie führen detaillierte Nachkalkulationen durch und leiten aus den Ergebnissen wertvolle Potenziale für zukünftige Projekte ab.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ihre Basis ist ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d) im Baugewerbe.
- Sie bringen bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation von Bauleistungen mit, idealerweise im Bereich Erd- und Grundbau.
- Mit Ihrer analytischen und präzisen Arbeitsweise haben Sie Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen, Daten und technischen Details.
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, schätzen aber auch den Austausch im Team und mit der Bauleitung.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
