- Technische und wirtschaftliche Projektierung von Büro-, Gewerbe- und Industriebauten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Bauingenieurstudium / Architekturstudium / Techniker-Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von schlüsselfertigen Neubau- und idealerweise von Revitalisierungsprojekten im Hochbau mit dem Wunsch ihr Know-How bereits in der Projektentwicklung zur Lösungsoptimierung einzubringen
- Strategischer Weitblick mit ganzheitlicher Betrachtungsweise der Planungs- und Bauphase mit realitätsfestem bautechnischem Umsetzungswissen; von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse im Bereich Technische Gebäudeausrüstung und Gebäudeenergiekonzepten
- Fundierte baurechtliche Kenntnisse, versiert in der Kostenbewertung und Ausschreibung von Bauvorhaben
- Liebe fürs Detail mit strukturierter Problemlösungsfähigkeit und analytischer Arbeitsweise
- Spaß an der Entwicklung optimaler Konzeptvarianten für maßgeschneiderte, energieeffiziente Gebäude in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden, den planenden Architekten und technischen Fachdisziplinen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
