Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Störungs- und Fehleranalyse in den komplexen IT-Landschaften unserer Kunden und stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb sicher.
- Du konzipierst und implementierst robuste Hardware-Lösungen, von Servern (Lenovo) über Storage (Synology) bis hin zu Netzwerkkomponenten.
- Du übernimmst die strategische Planung und Administration von Backup- (Veeam, Barracuda) und Security-Lösungen (Sophos), um die Datensicherheit zu gewährleisten.
- Du administrierst und optimierst anspruchsvolle Microsoft-Umgebungen (Windows Server, Exchange) und managst die Virtualisierungsplattformen mit VMware.
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich IT-Projekte von der technischen Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und agierst als zentraler technischer Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Deine Basis ist eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung sowie mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Betreuung von TCP/IP-Netzwerken und Microsoft Client-/Server-Umgebungen.
- Du hast bereits mit Virtualisierungslösungen gearbeitet und bringst idealerweise erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Backup-Lösungen mit.
- Als Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kundschaft kommunizierst du verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau); gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bringst dich gerne im Team ein und überzeugst mit deiner lösungsorientierten und kommunikativen Art.
- Für den Einsatz bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort besitzt du einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
