Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst und behebst Störungen in den IT-Systemlandschaften unserer Kund:innen, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen.
- Du installierst und wartest Hardwarekomponenten wie Server (Lenovo), Storages (Synology) sowie Router und Switches.
- Du übernimmst die Administration von Windows Client- und Server-Umgebungen und betreust die dazugehörigen Virtualisierungs-Lösungen mit VMware.
- Du implementierst und überwachst Security-Lösungen (z.B. Sophos, Kaspersky) und kümmerst dich um die Datensicherung mit Tools wie Veeam oder Barracuda.
- Du arbeitest von Beginn an in Kundenprojekten mit und entwickelst dich schrittweise dorthin, diese eigenständig abzuwickeln.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder bringst vergleichbare Kenntnisse mit.
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Microsoft Client- und Server-Umgebungen sowie TCP/IP-Netzwerken mit.
- Idealerweise hattest du bereits Berührungspunkte mit Virtualisierungslösungen (z. B. VMware).
- Für den direkten Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen sprichst du verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1) und bringst idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um unsere Kund:innen auch vor Ort betreuen zu können.
- Du arbeitest dich gerne in neue Technologien ein, übernimmst Verantwortung und hast Spaß daran, im Team die beste Lösung zu finden.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
