Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vermarktungskonzepten für Büro- und Gewerbeimmobilienflächen
- Du erstellst Texte für Web- und Exposé-Inhalte
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Microsites mithilfe von Wix, Squarespace oder ähnlichen Tools
- Du hilfst bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Kampagnen für einzelne Immobilienprojekte
- Du beobachtest für uns aktuelle Trends im Bereich Gewerbeimmobilien und urbanes Marketing
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Koordination mit externen Agenturen
- Du erstellst Reportings und betreust die Erfolgsmessung und Optimierung eingesetzter Maßnahmen

- Du bringst praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Onlinemarketing und Social Media mit
- Du hast ein technisches Grundverständnis und erste Erfahrungen in Webdesign
- Du hast ein Auge für Gestaltung und Layout
- Du kannst dich schnell in neue Plattformen einarbeiten und scheust dich nicht vor digitalen Tools
- Du hast eine kreative Denkweise und arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
