DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du kommunizierst mit unseren Kunden schriftlich und telefonisch
- Du pflegst Daten in unserem CRM-System (Odoo)
- Du übernimmst die Administration und das Onboarding neuer Kunden in den Einkaufsportalen
- Du bearbeitest die Lieferantenfragebögen und hältst unsere dazugehörige Informationsdatenbank auf dem aktuellsten Stand
- Du erarbeitest Vorlagen und Übersetzungen
- Du arbeitest an Prozessbeschreibungen mit
- Im Bereich „Customer Trainings“ gehst du uns ebenfalls unterstützend zur Hand
- Für unsere jährliche Checkmk Conference hilfst du bei den Ticketverkäufen und unterstützt vor, während und nach der Conference
- Du übernimmst zusätzliche Projekte und Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Kolleg*Innen und unterstützt dadurch unser Salesteam

DEIN PROFIL
- Du bist als Student*in (m/w/d) in einem kaufmännischen Studiengang oder in einem Studium mit IT-Bezug eingetragen
- Du hilfst gerne Kunden und Kollegen und bist kommunikativ
- Du hast eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und bringst auch gute Kenntnisse in Englisch mit
- Du konntest bestenfalls schon in einer ähnlichen Funktion Erfahrungen sammeln
- Du lässt Dich von ein bisschen Chaos nicht aus der Ruhe bringen und behältst auch einen kühlen Kopf, wenn mal „die Hütte brennt“

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
