Was erwartet dich?
- Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten:
Ob neue Auswahlverfahren, Retrospektiven oder Prozessoptimierungen – du bringst eigene Ideen ein und setzt sie gemeinsam mit dem Team um. - Daten & Analysen:
HR-Kennzahlen, Reportings und interne Umfragen gehören ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich wie deren Auswertung und Interpretation. - Datenschutz & Awareness:
Du begleitest interne Maßnahmen rund um Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit, z. B. die Einführung eines Phishing-Simulations-Tools. - Meetingorganisation international:
Du begleitest internationale Team-Meetings inhaltlich und organisatorisch inklusive Hosting, Erstellung von Präsentationen, Kommunikation im Vorfeld sowie dem Protokollieren von Diskussionen und Entscheidungen. - Mitwirkung in der Personalentwicklung:
Du hilfst bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung, Talententwicklung und Weiterbildungsinitiativen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Studiengänge – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im HR-Bereich konntest du bereits sammeln
- Proaktives Denken, ein klarer Blick für Prioritäten und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
- Du überzeugst durch klare, empathische Kommunikation, bist flexibel und verlierst auch in dynamischen Situationen nicht den Überblick.
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du sicher in Wort und Schrift – beides brauchst du bei uns im internationalen Umfeld regelmäßig.
- Idealerweise kannst Du uns an zwei bis drei Tagen pro Woche zur Verfügung stehen (15 bis 20 Std. und in den Semesterferien gerne mehr).
- Dein Arbeitsplatz befindet sich an unserem Standort in Ettlingen bei Karlsruhevor Ort oder hybrid.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
