Was erwartet dich?
- Als Werkstudentin bzw. Werkstudent im Team People & WeCulture erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die vielfältigen Bereiche des Personalmanagements und wirst von Beginn an in unsere HR-Projekte eingebunden
- Du unterstützt im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Sichtung der Bewerbungsunterlagen bis hin zur Vertragserstellung
- Den Zeugnisprozess koordinierst du eigenverantwortlich und stellst sicher, dass alles reibungslos verläuft
- Du nimmst aktiv an Karrieremessen teil und unterstützt bei der Organisation und Vorbereitung für einen optimalen Ablauf
- Als treibende Kraft wirkst du beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Studi-Community sowie der Planung von Events mit
- Du führst Recherchen zu aktuellen Trends und arbeitsrechtlichen Entwicklungen im HR-Umfeld durch und identifizierst innovative Methoden und Herangehensweisen für die Praxis

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder einen ähnlichen Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Du bringst ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Es fällt dir leicht, strukturiert zu arbeiten und dich zu organisieren
- Du hast Lust darauf, eigenständig Aufgaben und Projekte zu übernehmen
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Praxiserfahrung im HR beispielsweise in Form von Praktika oder einer Werkstudententätigkeit sammeln können

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
