Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind für die richtliniengemäße und termingerechte Bearbeitung von Abwicklungsfällen und deren technische Weiterverarbeitung verantwortlich
- Sie übernehmen die Bearbeitung von Sicherheiten und sind für die Vertragsbearbeitung sowie deren Überwachung und Kontrolle zuständig
- Sie übernehmen die Zusammenstellung der zur Entscheidungs- und Abwicklungsstrategie erforderlichen Daten/Informationen und beschaffen ggf. fehlende Unterlagen
- Sie arbeiten mit beauftragten Rechtsanwälten sowie Dritten zusammen und übernehmen die Korrespondenz mit Kund:innen, anderen Banken, Insolvenzverwaltern, Rechtsanwälten und Gerichten
- Sie erstatten regelmäßig Bericht zu den Non-performing-loans (NPLs)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine Bankausbildung oder über eine Ausbildung zum Rechtanwaltsfachangestellten (m/w/d) und haben bereits praxisbezogene Berufserfahrung in dem genannten Aufgabengebiet gesammelt
- Sie besitzen entscheidungssichere Kenntnisse in der Sicherheitenbearbeitung und bringen ein ausgeprägtes Risikoverständnis im Kreditbereich mit
- Sie zeichnet Entscheidungssicherheit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft aus
- Sie halten Termine ein, bereiten diese selbstständig vor und nach, setzen die richtigen Prioritäten und betreiben ein professionelles Zeitmanagement
- Sie erarbeiten sich kontinuierlich weiteres Fachwissen zu speziellen Problemlösungen und informieren sich selbstständig über neue Trends, Gesetze, Veränderungen und Neuerungen in Ihrem Bereich
- Sie treten schnell mit Menschen in Kontakt, sprechen Probleme offen an, sind Ansprechperson und arbeiten gerne im Team
