Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie analysieren die wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse der Kreditnehmer:innen, beurteilen deren Bonität, bewerten Sicherheiten und erstellen die dazugehörigen Verträge
- Sie verfassen Kreditprotokolle und -verträge, bearbeiten Kreditprolongationen und beurteilen diese im Rahmen der Marktfolgevotierung
- Sie treffen gemeinsam mit den Kolleg:innen des Marktes Kreditentscheidungen innerhalb der eingeräumten Gemeinschaftskompetenz
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das Kreditmanagement einschließlich der Analyse und Votierung von Risiken im Bereich der Risikofrüherkennung
- Sie sind unter Beachtung aller relevanten Richtlinien für die termingerechte Durchführung der Kreditvorgänge und die technische Weiterverarbeitung zuständig
- Sie begleiten proaktiv die marktfolgeseitige Weiterentwicklung des Segmentes sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige praxisbezogene Berufserfahrung im Kreditbereich des Firmenkunden- als auch des gewerblichen Immobiliengeschäfts, vornehmlich in einer Primärbank
- Sie besitzen entscheidungssichere Kenntnisse in der Bonitäts- und Liquiditätsanalyse sowie in der Sicherheitenbearbeitung
- Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Risikoverständnis im Kreditbereich mit und treffen zügig risikoorientierte und sachgerechte Kreditentscheidungen
- Sie haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Rahmen von Projektarbeiten gesammelt

- Sie zeichnet Entscheidungssicherheit und hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft aus
