Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst neue und optimierst bestehende Kampagnen durch datengesteuerte Erkenntnisse
- Du bewertest die Performance unserer Website und unserer Kanäle (Google, Affiliates und Paid Social), um notwendige Anpassungen zu erkennen und diese umzusetzen
- Du bist für das Aufbereiten, Analysieren und Bewerten von KPIs (z.B. CPC, CPA, PPC, CLV, CR, CTR, ROI und CPM) zuständig
- Du übernimmst die Einrichtung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Dashboards und betreust unsere Partner:innen und Dienstleister:innen
- Du sorgst durch die enge Abstimmung mit den Abteilungen CRM und Controlling für einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikation, Marketing, Data-Science oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit einer Leidenschaft für Performance-Marketing im digitalen Umfeld
- Du besitzt idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der operativen Umsetzung von Digital Marketing Strategien, gerne in einer Agentur
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Matomo und den Google Tools und Erfahrung mit dem daten- und performancegetriebenen Marketingansatz
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Power BI und MAP, die wünschenswert jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich sind
- Du beherrschst die deutsche und englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift ohne Herausforderung
- Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen, bist ein Organisationstalent und überzeugst uns durch deine Zuverlässigkeit und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
