Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen das breitgefächerte Aufgabengebiet aus allen Bereichen des Leistungsspektrums der HOAI-Phasen 1–9
- Sie bearbeiten Neubau- und Sanierungsobjekte
- Sie setzen Entwurfsvorgaben und Wünsche des Auftraggebers in Abstimmung mit Projektleitung und Geschäftsführung um
- Sie stimmen sich mit Behörden und Ämtern in Bezug auf genehmigungspflichtige Bereiche (z.B. Entwässerungseingabe) ab
- Sie erstellen die Ausführungs- und Detailplanung und unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen
- Sie stellen die Gebäudetechnik grafisch dar und berechnen diese in CAD-Anwendungen, unterstützen bei der Angebotsprüfung und wirken bei der Vergabe mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben idealerweise Berufserfahrung in den genannten Aufgabenbereichen
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit branchenspezifischer Schwerpunktausbildung als Ingenieur:in der Versorgungstechnik
- Sie haben idealerweise gute Kenntnisse in AutoCAD (2D- und 3D-Anwendung) und bereits Erfahrungen mit der Linear-Applikation für AutoCAD
- Sie haben idealerweise bereits Kenntnisse in der Revit-Anwendung
- Sie verfügen über wünschenswerte Kenntnisse im AVA-Programm iTWO und fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point)
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Vorstellungsvermögen, verbunden mit Kostenbewusstsein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
