Was erwartet dich?
- Du erarbeitest das Planungsrecht und überprüfst kontinuierlich dessen Umsetzbarkeit
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Grundstückseigentümer:innen, Kommunen, Partner:innen, Behörden etc
- Du bereitest Genehmigungsverfahren nach BImSchG vor und begleitest diese
- Du definierst und überwachst den Zeitplan für die Projektgenehmigung
- Du optimierst und finalisierst das Parklayout
- Du steuerst externe Gutachter:innen, z. B. für Schall, Schatten, Standorteignung, Natur- und Artenschutz etc., und begleitest Planverfahren (Regionalplanung, Bauleitplanung etc.)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Projektentwicklung Windenergie, insbesondere in der Genehmigungsvorbereitungs- und Genehmigungsphase
- Du verfügst über vertiefte Kenntnisse der wirtschaftlichen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen für den Bereich Windenergie, insbesondere im Planungsrecht (BauGB, BImSchG, ROG, EEG, TA Lärm, BNatSchG, WindBG, etc.)
- Du besitzt Verhandlungsgeschick, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz
- Du bist hoch motiviert, dich im Hinblick auf relevante Gesetzesänderungen etc. auf dem Laufenden zu halten und hast eine Affinität zu Artenschutzthemen
- Du zeigst hohe Ergebnisorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken sowie großes Engagement in der projektbezogenen Arbeit mit der Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an gelegentlichen Abendterminen
- Du arbeitest eigenständig und beharrlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
