Deine Day to Day Mission:
- Gestalte mit Wirkung: Du hilfst dabei, unsere globalen HR-Prozesse und -Richtlinien weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren – für nachhaltiges Unternehmenswachstum und mehr Effizienz im Team.
- Übernimm Verantwortung: Du kümmerst dich eigenständig um operative HR-Aufgaben wie das Erstellen von Verträgen und Bescheinigungen, Onboardings und sorgst dafür, dass unsere HR-Abläufe reibungslos laufen.
- Sei Teil der digitalen Transformation: Du pflegst und digitalisierst Mitarbeiterstammdaten in unserem HRIS sowie in physischen Akten und bringst uns damit einen Schritt weiter Richtung Zukunft.
- Unterstütze Nachwuchstalente: Du begleitest unsere Early Professionals und bekommst spannende Einblicke in Themen rund um Karriereentwicklung und Talentförderung.
- Arbeite an echten Projekten: Du bist Teil von Projektteams – z. B. bei der Einführung neuer HR-Tools – und kannst mit deinen Ideen die Employee Experience bei Quantum-Systems aktiv verbessern.

What you bring to the team:
- Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources gesammelt – zum Beispiel durch eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, ein vorheriges Praktikum oder einen Werkstudentenjob im HR-Bereich.
- Ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Soziologie oder einem ähnlichen Fach – ob aktuell studierend oder bereits abgeschlossen – ist ein großes Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Du bist für einen Zeitraum von sechs Monaten verfügbar und voller Vorfreude, in dieser Zeit tief in die HR-Welt einzutauchen.
- Du bringst eine hohe Eigenmotivation mit und treibst deinen Verantwortungsbereich selbstständig voran.
- Durch dein offenes, kommunikationsstarkes, freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten fällt es dir leicht, als interner Experte von deinen Kollegen gesehen zu werden.
- Die Kommunikation auf Deutsch ist für dich selbstverständlich.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
