Power BI Analyst für Agrarversicherung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du gestaltest aktiv beim Aufbau einer standortübergreifenden Power BI Plattform im europäischen Kontext mit – einschließlich der Entwicklung von Best Practices, Templates und einer klaren Governance-Struktur
- Du konzipierst, erstellst und entwickelst kontinuierlich Power BI Reports und Dashboards weiter, um fachliche Entscheidungsprozesse im Bereich Agrarversicherung zu unterstützen – mit besonderem Fokus auf die Anforderungen unserer europäischen Standorte
- Du modellierst und bereitest versicherungsrelevante Daten aus diversen Quellsystemen auf, um eine konsistente, performante und nutzerorientierte BI-Lösung sicherzustellen
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachabteilungen zusammen, um Reporting-Bedarfe zu erheben und in passgenaue technische Lösungen zu übersetzen
- Du stellst Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit durch strukturierte Qualitätssicherung sowie umfassende Dokumentation von Reports, Datenquellen und KPIs sicher
- Du bist bereit und interessiert, dich intensiv in die fachlichen Grundlagen der Agrarversicherung sowie weitere versicherungsspezifische Themen einzuarbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Statistik, Data Science oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken und einem Business Intelligence Tool (z. B. Power BI)
- Du kennst dich in der Erstellung von Berichten und Dashboards aus
- Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest genau und hast ein Gespür für Datenvisualisierung
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und teamfähig
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
