Your responsibilities as Sales Manager

  • You convince leads to request a quote for one or more audits (ideally through our online platform)
  • You help customers register on our online platform and submit audit requests themselves
  • You engage in contract negotiations and prepare selected contracts
  • You manage a small team supporting beginning professionals
  • You identify resource gaps and highlight them to the management team
  • You collect and share best practices with the team and identify training needs
  • You identify and capture new opportunities for product and service offering expansions
  • You foster a competitive culture of trust, respect and support in line with company’s expectations and values

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree from a university
  • Five (5) years of work experience in B2B sales or in a consultancy
  • Experience in working with customers in the pharma or health industry or similar rather conservative industries
  • Comprehensive understanding of B2B sales processes and profound expertise with IT tools (e.g. CRM)
  • Professional appearance in customer contact with a consulting rather than sales mentality
  • High value on customer centricity and follow a client-first mentality
  • Highly organized and dedicated working approach keeping track of all leads and thoroughly manage follow-ups
  • You appreciate an outstanding collaboration across all departments and are resilient to stress and enjoy taking leadership for a group of people
  • Empowered to communicate to people in higher positions
  • You enjoy building rapport with clients and have the ability to coordinate multiple accounts at the same time
  • You show strong analytical thinking to identify cross-selling opportunities with great attention to detail

Language Skills

  • You show full professional proficiency in German and English with outstanding writing skills
  • Every additional language is a plus

Unser Standort

Unser Büro befindet sich im Frankfurter Gallusviertel, direkt zwischen dem Hauptbahnhof und der S-Bahn Haltestelle Galluswarte. In nur 10 Minuten ist man direkt im Bahnhofsviertel mit einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants, Bars, und Cafes. Wir sitzen in einem modernen Coworking Space, mit täglich frischen Snacks, Wasser, Kaffee und schönen Büroräumen. Den obligatorischen Kicker gibt es hier natürlich auch.
