We are Living Concepts Berlin – and we operate serviced living spaces in one of the most exciting cities in Europe. Specifically, this means we lease apartments, furnish them, manage them professionally, and rent them out as temporary furnished housing (for 3 to 12 months) to people moving to Berlin for work or projects—including professionals, relocations, and corporate clients. What makes our model special: We don’t own a single building. We aren’t a traditional real estate owner; we are an operator. We thrive on operations, on speed, and on ensuring that every single apartment runs flawlessly. This is exactly what makes us fast, scalable, and independent. We started from scratch just a few years ago and have been growing consistently ever since. Our goal isn’t to carve out a nice little niche, but to build a true platform—first in Berlin, then across Europe. Joining us now doesn't mean working for a fully-formed corporation; it means co-creating something that is actively coming to life. This translates to real responsibility from day one and the opportunity to make a lasting impact instead of just managing existing processes.
