We are operating between San Francisco, Germany, and London. You will join the company fully remote with the option of relocating to either San Francisco or London. We optimize for speed, ownership, and impact. Everyone takes responsibility end-to-end and focuses on outcomes, not titles or processes. We ship early, learn fast, and stay close to users to keep feedback loops short. We operate with high trust and high standards, minimal bureaucracy, and clear communication. Our company runs in English, therefore speaking English is absolutely necessary. We will be dealing with some very sensitive topics so having a sound understanding of the nuances of the English language is absolutely crucial for every position in our company. Our location

We are fully remote. Our Founders will be based in San Francisco from Feb to June and we will likely open an office in London afterwards.

We were founded in a London startup incubator "Entrepreneurs First", we will be coming back to the office in London after fundraising in San Francisco until June.
