TEAM
Das Einkaufsteam "Global Category Management Direct Material" verantwortet die globalen strategischen Einkaufsaktivitäten der PERI Gruppe und ist Teil des Bereichs Global Procurement. Als Dienstleister und Sparringspartner unterstützen wir unsere internen Kunden in der Produktentwicklung und Serienfertigung, indem wir beratend, hinterfragend und ausführend tätig sind. Mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch stellen wir sicher, dass unsere Kunden termingerecht und in der geforderten Qualität beliefert werden. Zudem setzen wir gezielt Einkaufswerkzeuge ein, um die besten Konditionen gemäß dem Total Cost of Ownership-Prinzip zu erzielen, und arbeiten dabei mit klaren, effizienten Prozessen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du schaffst Transparenz über das globale Beschaffungsvolumen der relevanten Warengruppe
- Du evaluierst länderspezifische Vorgaben und Anforderungen, um diese in die Entwicklung einer maßgeschneiderten Beschaffungsstrategie zu integrieren
- Du führst Marktanalysen zur Identifizierung potenzieller Synergieeffekte durch und nimmst eigenständig Kontakt mit potenziellen Lieferant:innen auf, um mögliche Kooperationen zu evaluieren
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung einer globalen Sourcing-Strategie (lokal, regional, global) für die Warengruppe mit, einschließlich der Integration lokaler Beschaffungsvolumina
- Du identifizierst kostenoptimale Bestell- und Liefermodelle unter Berücksichtigung steuerlicher, logistischer und weiterer relevanter Aspekte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Bachelorstudium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Maschinenbau, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf/Logistik
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich strategischen Einkauf, was von Vorteil ist
- Du bist eine durchsetzungs- und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten
- Du verfügst über hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Du hast sichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
