Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bist der/die erste Mitarbeitende im Growth Team, initiierst und leitest Marketing-Experimente, entwickelst innovative Ideen und erschließt neue Growth Channel. Dabei reportest Du direkt zum C-Level.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Growth-Hacking-Strategien zur Steigerung der Kundenakquise und Brand Awareness.
- Du erstellst und verwaltest digitale und nicht-digitale Marketingkampagnen über mehrere Kanäle (z.B. Social Media, Search, Messen & Events, Panels, Paid Media, Unpaid Media etc.).
- Du analysierst die Performance der Kampagnen und erstellst Berichte, um den ROI zu optimieren und das Wachstum zu fördern.
- Du führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um Trends zu identifizieren und diese erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Deine Qualifikationen:
- Du bist derzeit eingeschriebene*r Student*in in einem für die Rolle relevanten Feld wie beispielsweise BWL, Design, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder Psychologie.
- Du bringst idealerweise min. 6 Monate Erfahrung im B2B Marketing, Business Development und/oder (SaaS)-Sales mit.
- Du verfügst über starke schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (B2/C1).
- Du bist kreativ und liebst es, innovative Marketingstrategien zu entwickeln
- Du kannst eigenständig und strukturiert arbeiten und bist gut im Managen von unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern in unterschiedlichen Teams sowie mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig.
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Lernfähigkeit und die Motivation, Dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
