Die DUAL beschäftigt derzeit über 100 Mitarbeiter*innen an den verschiedenen Standorten. Der Hauptfirmensitz der DUAL ist Köln. Daneben hat die DUAL noch weitere Niederlassungen in Hamburg, Frankfurt und München sowie auch in Wien, Zürich, Ljubljana, Prag und Warschau.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung unseres Salesforce-Teams bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von CRM-Prozessen
- Technischer Support für interne Salesforce-Nutzer
- Erstellung von Berichten in Salesforce
- Analyse von fachlichen Anforderungen der einzelnen Teams
- Dokumentation von technischen Prozessen und Lösungen
- Durchführung von Schulungen in deutscher Sprache
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um Anforderungen zu verstehen und zu implementieren

Dein Profil:
- Laufendes Studium in einem technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Studiengang (z.B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit IT-Schwerpunkt)
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Salesforce (z.B. durch Praktika oder Studienprojekte) von Vorteil
- Technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Systeme und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und Datenanalyse-Tools
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
