Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Schadenteams in der Bearbeitung der Schadenfälle und wirst das gesamte Spektrum der Schadensfälle kennenlernen
- Du erfasst Schadenfälle und führst die eingehende Korrespondenz, um eine rasche Bearbeitung zu sichern
- Du führst die präzise, zeitnahe und effiziente Dateneingabe sowie Qualitätsprüfung von eingehender Schadeninformation durch
- Du unterstützt administrativ und operativ die Schadenteams rund um die Abwicklung der Schäden
- Du übernimmst kleinere Aufgaben im Bereich des Schadencontrollings und betreust schriftlich und telefonisch Makler:innen und Versicherte
- Du koordinierst Kundenanfragen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und wirkst bei der Anpassung und Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in
- Du studierst Philosophie, Versicherungswesen, BWL oder Kunstgeschichte – Quereinsteiger:innen sind herzlich willkommen
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, präzise sowie service- und lösungsorientiert
- Du besitzt eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Menschen
- Du hast gute bis sehr gute Englisch- und PC-Kenntnisse (z.B. Excel, Word und Outlook)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
