Seit dem Start im Jahr 2016 werden wir in der Weltpresse (u.a. Techcrunch, Forbes/ t3n) als eines der spannendsten Softwareprojekte angesehen. Unser Ziel ist es, die IT Welt zu bewegen und ein Produkt zu entwickeln, das wirklich etwas verändert. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir an einer Software, die es möglich macht, persönliche sowie berufliche Ziele zu erreichen. Die Funktionen vieler Anbieter und Projektmanagement Tools werden bei uns in einer einzigen Plattform zusammengefasst. Mithilfe von unserem Produkt wird es möglich, dem heutigen Tool-Wirrwarr zu entfliehen und sich holistisch zu strukturieren- und zu organisieren. Um unsere Vision weiter zu verwirklichen, brauchen wir ein Team, das genauso viel Power hat wie unser Produkt. Deshalb suchen wir dich! Was erwartet dich?
Du übernimmst, gestaltest und optimierst unsere gesamte Employee Journey, darunter fällt:
- Bewerbermanagement und Recruiting (Active Sourcing, Verwaltung unserer Stellenanzeigen, Terminplanung, Telefoninterviews, und was da noch so dazu gehört)
- Mitarbeiterverwaltung (Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen- und zeugnissen, Dokumentenverwaltung, Pflege der Personalakten, On-und Offboarding)
- Organisation und Teilnahme an Networking- und Rekrutierung Events wie zB. Messen
- Ausarbeitung und Implementierung von Personalentwicklungs- sowie Personalmarketingstrategien
- Optimierung unserer Employer Brand
- Überarbeitung der Stellenanzeigen
- Mitwirkung und Organisation von Eventformaten (Recruiting-Events sowie Hochschulmessen etc.)
- Ausarbeitung und Implementierung von spannenden Projekten wie Hochschulkooperationen
- Anstellung in Teilzeit möglich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Was du vor allem mitbringen solltest, ist viel Motivation, ein hohes Maß an Menschenkenntnis sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes BWL- Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt HR oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
