Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Bauwesen, Gebäudetechnik und Instandhaltung
Was erwartet dich?
- Unterstützung der Abteilung Bau und Technik in vielfältigen organisatorischen
- Erstellen und Aufbereiten von Präsentationen, Recherchen
- Erstellung und Zusammenstellung von Unterlagen und Präsentationen für Unternehmensgremien basierend auf den Projektverläufen
- Dokumentation, Ablage und Archivierung von Projektunterlagen sowie Aktualisierung der Projekttermin- und Organisationspläne
- Rechnungsprüfung sowie Betreuung der Projekte in SAP (Baubestellungen, Kontierung der Rechnungen, Anlegen von SAP-Baubüchern)
- Allgemeine Büroorganisation
- Unterstützung bei Projekten und Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben, insbesondere:
- Planung (Baugenehmigungsprozess)
- Realisierung (Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Submissionen und Vergabeverhandlungen; Vorbereitung standardisierter Vertragsunterlagen für Planungs- und Bauleistungen sowie Projektcontrolling und Berichterstattung; Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement, Kosten- und Statusberichte, Projektterminplanung)
- Erstellen und Nachhalten von Mangelanzeigen, Ablehnungen, etc.
- Führen von Mängellisten, Nachhalten von Terminen, Fristen, etc
