Als Werkstudent Finance & Controlling (m/w/d) tauchst du hautnah in die finanziellen Prozesse eines modernen E-Commerce Unternehmens ein. Du trägst zur verbesserten Transparenz und Qualität unserer Finanzdaten bei, implementierst Automatisierungen zur Effizienzsteigerung und arbeitest interdisziplinär, um die strategischen Ziele im Finanzbereich zu unterstützen.

Was erwartet dich?
- Forecasting & Reporting: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Berichten zu Finanzkennzahlen für das C-Level, hilfst bei der Planung und Prognose für fundierte Entscheidungen und arbeitest an der Entwicklung einfacher Visualisierungen sowie Standard-Reports zur Finanzdatendarstellung
- Datenqualität: Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass die Datenqualität im Finance-Bereich, insbesondere bei der BWA und der Cashflowplanung, durch Kontrolle, Validierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Finanzdaten sichergestellt wird
- Smarte Automatisierung: Du hilfst dabei, Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten in Routineaufgaben zu identifizieren und zu implementieren, arbeitest an kleinen Prozessoptimierungen mit und kooperierst interdisziplinär zur Verbesserung der Finanzprozesse
- Strategie: Du führst einfache Data-Analytics-Cases wie Verkaufszahlenanalysen durch und bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen durch relevante Datenanalysen vor

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist in einem zahlenbasierten Studiengang eingeschrieben, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finance oder Controlling
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel oder Google Sheets und beherrschst die fachlichen Grundlagen im Finance, Accounting oder Controlling
- Du hast Spaß am sicheren und sorgfältigen Umgang mit Zahlen sowie deren Analyse & Visualisierung und fühlst dich in einer digitalen Umgebung wohl
- Du punktest mit schneller Auffassungsgabe, Teamfähigkeit, Struktur und Eigenverantwortlichkeit
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem, Englisch auf fließendem Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
