Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Analysen in allen Feldern der Unternehmenssteuerung durch, z.B. Geschäftsmodell- und Organisationsanalysen sowie Performance-Analysen
- Du entwickelst Lösungen zur Unternehmenssteuerung, z.B. Design von Führungsorganisationen, Ziel-/Kennzahlenmodellen, digitalen Steuerungs- und Controllinginstrumenten und Transformationsprogrammen
- Du betreust unsere Kunden vor Ort in ganz Deutschland, die in einem unterschiedlichen Umfang deine Präsenz vor Ort erfordert
- Du arbeitest eigenständig und im Projektteam – mit und ohne Kund:innenbeteiligung
- Du leitest und unterstützt Workshops zu Steuerungskonzepten von Expert:innen- bis Top-Managementebene
- Du arbeitest dich schnell ein und spezialisierst dich in mindestens einem Fachgebiet, für das Du stehen möchtest.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über einen sehr guten akademischen Abschluss in Wirtschafts-, Ingenieur-, Geisteswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Du bist neugierig auf Kund:innen und auf Unternehmenssteuerung. Du findest Unternehmensstrategie, Geschäftsmodelle, Steuerungs- und Controllinginstrumente sowie Organisations-, Daten- und Kennzahlenmodelle spannend
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung in einem oder mehreren dieser Felder und willst auf Basis der Zusammenhänge zwischen diesen Feldern wirklich durchdachte, erstklassige Lösungen für Kund:innen entwickeln
- Du bist bereit, zu unseren Kunden in ganz Deutschland zu reisen, um diese vor Ort zu beraten
- Du möchtest die Lösungen vor dem Top-Management der Kund:innen vertreten und sie mit allen Führungsebenen und Expert:innen diskutieren
- Du bist hungrig nach Wissen und Erfahrung, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Analyse- sowie Abstraktionsfähigkeit
- Du bist modell- und zahlenaffin, hast einen sehr hohen Qualitätsanspruch an Deine eigene Arbeit, ein sicheres Auftreten und bist im Stressfall belastbar
- Du hast einen eigenverantwortlichen, problemlösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse, hohe Mobilität und sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
