Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die operative Leitung deines Baustellenteams im Tiefbau und koordinierst in enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung alle Abläufe direkt vor Ort.
- Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Bauablauf, indem du Personal, Geräte sowie Material effizient einteilst und dabei Termine und Kosten fest im Blick behältst.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards und stellst durch konsequente Kontrollen die Arbeitssicherheit für dein gesamtes Team sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle gewährleistest du eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit allen Projektbeteiligten und Nachunternehmern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe und bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Tief- oder Ingenieurbau mit.
- Du hast bereits eine Weiterbildung zum Polier, Werkpolier oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Tasche.
- Als Führungspersönlichkeit arbeitest du eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick über dein Team und die Baustelle.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) für die reibungslose Kommunikation sind für diese Position unerlässlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
