In der Hotelverwaltung von Brune & Company in Bremen unterstützen Geschäftsleitung und die Abteilungen Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Controlling und Einkauf die Hotels und Gastronomiebetriebe auf der Insel Norderney und im Schwarzwald. Das 20-köpfige Team steht den Kolleginnen und Kollegen in allen administrativen Fragen zur Seite und entlastet sie in Themen wie Werbung, Abrechnungen, Immobilienverwaltung und Recruiting.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für alle kaufmännischen und administrativen Prozesse
- Du führst die Buchhaltungsabteilung mit 4 Mitarbeitenden und erstellst insbesondere die Monats-/Jahresabschlüsse (HGB)
- Du erstellst die kurz- bis langfristige Liquiditätsplanung
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen, Steuerberater:innen und Finanzbehörden
- Du koordinierst den Zahlungsverkehr
- Du entwickelst die Bereiche weiter und arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung und bist als Mitglied des Management-Teams in strategischen Themen involviert

- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium

About Brune & Company
IM HERKÖMMLICHEN SINNE SIND WIR WOHL HOTELIERS UND GASTRONOMEN Wir sind aber auch Architekten, Projektentwickler und Interior-Designer. Wir denken alte Dinge gerne neu und neue Dinge anders. Wir machen eine alte Strandkorb-Lagerhalle zum Hotel mit Rooftop-Pool und Sterne-Restaurant. Für unsere Strandbar rühren wir im Jahr 20.000 Kilo Milchreis an – mit der Hand. Unser Bäcker backt neben Brot aus Urkorn auch Hunde-Kekse. In unseren Inselhotels findet man keine Muscheldeko und im Landgasthaus keinen Schwarzwaldkitsch. Die Verbindung zwischen den Betrieben auf Norderney und dem Hotel im Schwarzwald ist unser Hauptsitz in Bremen. Hier befinden sich die Personalabteilung, das Marketing, die Buchhaltung sowie die Geschäftsführung. Außerdem werden von hier aus auch Architekturprojekte und Immobilien betreut. Wir suchen uns nur Projekte, die wir von Anfang an richtig und ganz machen wollen. Leidenschaft statt Langeweile. Träume verwirklichen statt sich im Alltag verbiegen. No, companies can only see the applications they have received.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
