Wir suchen Sie in Leppersdorf bei Dresden als Teamleiter Ersatzteillager (m/w/d).
Ihre Rolle
- Sie überwachen, organisieren und koordinieren die Lagerbestände anhand von Kennzahlen und herstellerbezogenen Programmen im Rahmen von Bestandsprüfungen
- Sie arbeiten geschickt an der Optimierung von Lagerlogistik und Prozessen
- Sie bereiten Permanentinventuren vor und führen diese durch, sowohl am eigenen Standort als auch an anderen Lagerstandorten
- Sie übernehmen im Außendienst die Kundenakquise im Teilebereich und sind in enger Abstimmung mit dem Werkstattleiter (m/w/d), den Serviceberatenden (m/w/d) und Kund:innen
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden, wirken bei Leistungsbeurteilungen sowie fachlichen Weiterentwicklungen mit und fördern eine effektive Teamarbeit und Kommunikation

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, z.B. als KFZ-Mechaniker:in, und Erfahrung im Lagerbereich der Automobilbranche (Marke: Mercedes Benz)
- Sie sind idealerweise mit den Systemen „Mercedes Benz LogistikBus“ und „Trucklock“ vertraut
- Als Teamleitung fungieren Sie als Ansprechperson (m/w/d) und führen Ihr Team lösungsorientiert zum Ziel
- Sie setzen Ihre Prioritäten richtig, überzeugen mit positiver Ausstrahlung, Zuverlässigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
