Product Designer for Web & App Innovation (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- You will proactively manage our B2B and B2C websites, taking ownership of the design and user experience to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design standard consistency and integrity across all digital touchpoints
- You will be responsible for evolving and relaunching current websites and creating new web products, apps, and brands
- You will create design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency
- You will conduct regular audits of our web products and user journeys, and conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify opportunities
- You will stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to keep our platforms innovative and competitive

What should you bring along?
- You have proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work on web platforms
- You possess strong skills in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and an understanding of HTML/CSS principles
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements, demonstrating a deep understanding of our business goals and user needs
- You have experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong user-centric approach
- You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have strong communication skills, with fluency in English

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
