Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Inbetriebnahme, Abschaltung und Kontrolle der im laufenden Betrieb notwendigen Anlagen des Shopping-Centers City Galerie Wolfsburg (CGW)
- Du führst sicherheitsrelevante Prüfungen technischer Anlagen und Fluchtwege durch und bist als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Mietpartner:innen bei technischen Problemen zuständig, inklusive der Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturarbeiten
- Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister:innen und begleitest Fremdfirmen bei baulichen Maßnahmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Handwerksberuf, vorzugsweise in Elektrotechnik oder alternativ im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär und bringst idealerweise einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Haustechnik mit
- Du bist ein handwerkliches Allroundtalent mit stets freundlichem Auftreten und findest gemeinsam mit Geschäftsleuten, Kolleg:innen und Vorgesetzten immer die passende Lösung für alle Anforderungen
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für kleinere Projekte, überzeugst durch Deine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und bist bereit, im Schicht- und Bereitschaftsdienst zu arbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
