Bauleiter/in für Kommunikations- und Versorgungsnetze (m/w/d)
Wir haben interessante Aufgaben für Sie:
- Sie übernehmen die Bauleitung und Baubetreuung für verschiedene Baumaßnahmen im Rahmen von Bau, Betrieb und Instandhaltung unserer Versorgungs- und Kommunikationsnetze
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Projektüberwachung, um die technisch korrekte, termin- und budgetgerechte Durchführung der Baumaßnahmen sicherzustellen
- Sie steuern Projekte inklusive der Koordination mit Behörden, Lieferanten und ausführenden Unternehmen
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende sowie für externe Dienstleister auf den Baustellen vor Ort
- Sie wirken bei der Planung von Netzanschlüssen sowie der Erstellung der Vorplanung zu Baumaßnahmen mit
- Sie führen abrechnungsrelevante Aufmaße von Flächen, Entfernungen, Rohrlängen, Kopflöchern etc. durch und prüfen Teilaufmaße sowie bearbeiten Rechnungsprüfungen und Schlussrechnungen

Sie bieten uns:
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bautechniker*in, Baufachwirt*in oder Meister*in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in verantwortlicher Position in einem Unternehmen der Energieversorgung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den Bereichen Tiefbau, Kabelleitungsbau und Grobplanung, vor allem elektrotechnisch
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Bauprojekten
- Sie besitzen grundlegende Kenntnisse der den Arbeitsbereich betreffenden Gesetze, Verordnungen und Regelwerke der Versorgungswirtschaft, wie z. B. DIN-Normen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Eigeninitiative, selbstständiges, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten aus
- Sie bringen erhebliche Verantwortung, besondere Umsicht, Zuverlässigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsfreude mit und sind im Besitz eines Führerscheins Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
