Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst zur Gestaltung einer kundenorientierten UI/UX für unsere unternehmenseigene Webanwendung bei, mit dem Ziel, hohe Benutzerfreundlichkeit mit perfekter Funktionalität zu verbinden
- Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von Konzepten, Wireframes, Interaktionsabläufen, Assets, interaktiven Low/High Fidelity-Prototypen, Onboarding-Erfahrungen für neue Funktionen sowie bei der Erweiterung unserer Komponentenbibliothek
- Du unterstützt unsere Discovery- und Usability-Testing-Prozesse (Planung, Kundenrekrutierung, Interviews, Analyse), um die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen zu verstehen und Lösungen zu verbessern
- Du arbeitest kollaborativ mit anderen Designer:innen, Produktmanager:innen, Ingenieur:innen und anderen Stakeholdern zusammen, um eine hochwertige UI/UX zu gewährleisten und die richtigen Lösungen für die Kund:innenbedürfnisse zu definieren
- Du erkennst, was gut oder falsch gelaufen ist und arbeitest schnell, um die gewünschten Ergebnisse zu erzielen: Schnelles Handeln, Lernen und Reagieren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium in UI/UX-Design, Interaktionsdesign, Medieninformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über relevante Erfahrung mit typischen Design- und Prototypen-Tools, z.B. Figma, Adobe XD, etc
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für UX-Design und ein gutes Verständnis der Grundprinzipien von Design und Usability
- Du besitzt fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit an einem komplexen Produkt, arbeitest gerne in einem internationalen Umfeld und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen
- Du bist ein motivierter Teamplayer:in und suchst den wertvollen Austausch innerhalb des Teams

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
