Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst und setzt eine nachhaltige SEO-Strategie zur Steigerung des organischen Traffics um (on- und offpage)
- Du leitest ein eingespieltes und erfahrenes Redaktionsteam
- Du führst ein effizientes Outbound-Team zum Aufbau von Backlinks
- Du führst technische SEO-Analysen durch und optimierst alle Portale
- Du planst und setzt A/B-Tests um, um die Effektivität von SEO-Maßnahmen und Website-Änderungen zu überwachen (insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Platzierung von Werbemitteln, Optimierung der CTRs etc.)
- Du überwachst und analysierst die Website-Leistung mithilfe von Tools wie Matomo, Google Analytics und Google Search Console
- Du managst Krisen und reagierst schnell auf Algorithmus-Updates oder Ranking-Verluste
- Du berichtest der Geschäftsleitung über den Fortschritt der SEO-Initiativen und die Erreichung der Ziele

Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in allen oben genannten Disziplinen der Suchmaschinenoptimierung inkl. nachweisbarer Erfolge, sowie mindestens 1 Jahr Führungserfahrung
- Du verfügst idealerweise verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bist technisch stark und kannst im Bereich Technical SEO Projekte leiten oder eigenständig umsetzen
- Du bist kreativ und erfahren, wenn es darum geht, eine optimale Backlink-Strategie (on- und offpage) zu entwickeln und zu implementieren
- Deine Fähigkeit zur schnellen Anpassung an Veränderungen in der SEO-Landschaft und zur Umsetzung von Best Practices zeichnet dich aus
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Analyse- und Reporting-Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung mit SEO-Tools
- Du zeichnest dich durch dein State of the Art Wissen, im Bereich der Suchmaschinenoptimierung aus und bildest dich fortlaufend weiter
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
