Wir suchen nun nach einem/einer talentierten Praktikant:in im Bereich Online Marketing mit Schwerpunkt Digital Content (m/w/d), der/die uns beim Erstellen von digitalen Inhalten auf allen unseren Plattformen unterstützt. Ergreife diese einzigartige Chance, deine Fähigkeiten in einer vollständig remote arbeitenden, flexiblen und teamorientierten Umgebung einzusetzen und zu erweitern.
Was erwartet dich?
- Eigenständige Projekte im Online-Marketing: Du planst, steuerst und setzt Marketingaktivitäten auf Plattformen wie YouTube und LinkedIn sowie in den Bereichen E-Mail-Marketing und SEO um.
- Themen-Ideen und Recherche: Du identifizierst relevante Themen für unsere Plattformen wie YouTube und LinkedIn sowie für unseren Blog, die unsere Zielgruppe ansprechen.
- Redaktionsplanung: Du planst und koordinierst eigenverantwortlich die Inhalte und deren thematische Schwerpunkte in Abstimmung mit dem Team. Du organisierst und verwaltest unseren Content-Kalender, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Veröffentlichungen rechtzeitig und thematisch abgestimmt erfolgen.
- Content-Erstellung und -Management: Du verfasst LinkedIn-Beiträge, Videoskripte und Blogartikel. Darüber hinaus verwaltest und erweiterst Du unseren YouTube-Kanal.
- Newsletter-Gestaltung: Du entwickelst regelmäßige Newsletter, die unsere Abonnent:innen über Neuigkeiten und relevante Inhalte informieren.
- SEO und Keyword-Optimierung: Du führst SEO-Analysen und Keyword-Recherchen durch, um die Sichtbarkeit unserer Webinhalte in Suchmaschinen zu verbessern. Du optimierst bestehende Inhalte und entwickelst Strategien zur Steigerung unseres organischen Traffics.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ausbildung: Du bist Student:in oder Absolvent:in eines Hochschulstudiums (FH/Uni) in den Bereichen der Geistes-, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften. Pflichtpraktika im Rahmen eines Studiums sind gerne willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung für eine Bewerbung.
- Erfahrung: Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Online-Marketing sind wünschenswert, vorzugsweise durch Praktika oder Tätigkeiten als Werkstudierende.
- Schreibfähigkeiten: Deine Texte zeugen von Leidenschaft und Sorgfalt. Du hast die Fähigkeit, gründlich zu recherchieren und deine Schreibstile flexibel an verschiedene Zielgruppen und Content-Formate zu adaptieren.
- Sprachliche Kompetenz: Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind unverzichtbar. Zudem erwarten wir sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, die es dir ermöglichen, sicher zwischen beiden Sprachen zu wechseln und Inhalte in beiden Sprachen zu erstellen.
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte klar, einfach und verständlich darzustellen.
- Teamfähigkeit: Als Teamplayer:in arbeitest du gerne aktiv und selbstständig im Team, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen.
- Technologie-Affinität: Du bist versiert im Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Technologien, einschließlich Google Workspace und Microsoft Office-Programmen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und dem Einsatz von AI Tools wie z.B. OpenAIs ChatGPT.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
