Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Teil des Venture Development Team bei uns und unterstützt dabei uns auf Kurs zu halten
- Du unterstützt mit hoher Eigeninitiative Projekte rund um Go-To Market, People-Management und Prozessoptimierung
- Du arbeitest zusammen mit den relevanten Stakeholdern aus allen Abteilungen, um Lösungsansätze zu identifizieren und zu entwickeln, die du anschließend mit analytischen Methoden umsetzt
- Du wirkst aktiv bei Projekten von hoher Bedeutung für den langfristigen Erfolg des Unternehmens mit und unterstützt bei der Konzeptionierung, Planung und Implementierung von abteilungsübergreifenden Programmen und Maßnahmen
- Du bist im engen Austausch mit dem Senior Leadership, um weiteren Unternehmenswachstum zu ermöglichen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du befindest Dich in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder technischen Studiengang an einer Top-Universität und bist mindestens im 4. Semester
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung in einem Start Up, Consulting oder Ähnlichem mit
- Du hast ein natürliches Gespür für komplexe Zusammenhänge und verfügst über eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und bist analytisch fit
- Du stellst höchste Qualitätsansprüche an dich selbst und bringst ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
