Als Trainee bei der AOP bekommst Du mindestens 6 Monate die Chance unser Team zu unterstützen und wir gewährleisten Dir einen professionellen Einstieg in das spannende und abwechslungsreiche Aufgabengebiet.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Eventmanagement-Profis zusammen und erhältst wertvolles Mentoring, um Deine Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du übernimmst vielfältige Aufgaben, um Events zu konzipieren und erfolgreich umzusetzen
- Du planst unsere Veranstaltungen unterschiedlicher Größe mit Gästen aus der Medizin, Wissenschaft und der Führungsebene (Seminare, Tagungen, Kongresse, Symposien)
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Teilnehmer- und Einladungsmanagement unserer Veranstaltungen bis 100 Personen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist noch in einem Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement, Veranstaltungsorganisation, Tourismus, Hotelmanagement oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
- Du hast Organisationsgeschick und gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Du bist Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf C-Level

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
