Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen das ganzheitliche Projektmanagement von tollen und anspruchsvollen Ladenbau- und Objekteinrichtungsprojekten
- Sie geben Vorgaben und stimmen diese mit unserem CAD-Bereich bezüglich der Konstruktion der Möbel ab
- Sie koordinieren Termine, steuern die Montage und sämtliche Ausbaugewerke
- Sie sind das Bindeglied zwischen unseren Kund:innen, der Produktion und externen Gewerken
- Sie tragen die projektbezogene fachliche Führungsverantwortung
- Sie führen das Projektcontrolling durch und arbeiten eng mit Kolleg:innen aus der Kalkulation, der Logistik und dem Key Account zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Schreinermeister:in, Staatlich geprüfte:r Gestalter:in oder Staatlich geprüfte:r Holztechniker:in
- Sie haben eventuell eine Weiterbildung / Studium der Fachrichtung Innenausbau, Bauingenieurwesen, Holztechnik oder ähnliches absolviert
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter:in
- Sie besitzen (technisches) Produktverständnis im Möbel- und Innenausbau, Metallbau
- Sie haben bestenfalls erste Erfahrungen mit gängigen Zeichenprogrammen (wir arbeiten mit Vectorworks)
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, ergebnisorientiert und selbstständig und bringen Leidenschaft für die Arbeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
