Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du liest aus unserer Beschreibung, dass wir wirklich einen verantwortlichen Product Owner (w/m/d) brauchen, deshalb hast du mehrjährige Erfahrung als Digital Product Owner (w/m/d) und/oder im technischen Bereich von IT-/Online-Projekten
- Du verstehst die Anforderungen unserer Kunden, denkst konsequent aus der Perspektive des Anwenders und die Herausforderung ist komplex - das reizt dich
- Du hast viel Erfahrung im E-Commerce (B2B & B2C), sowohl in technischen als auch in Online-Marketing Aspekten und idealerweise hast du im Agenturumfeld Erfahrungen gesammelt, und kennst dich mit der Konzeption und Entwicklung von SW-Applikationen aus
- Du suchst den Konsens, bist durchsetzungsstark und bedingungslos ergebnisorientiert. Mit Ideen alleine gibst du dich nicht zufrieden - du forderst deren Umsetzung und mit deiner empathischen Art und Entscheidungsfreude stellst du eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen internen und externen Kunden und dem Team sicher, dabei priorisierst du clever und mit Weitsicht
- Du präsentierst und moderierst souverän und überzeugend, neue Herausforderungen, neue Teams oder neue Technologien sind dir eine Freude, keine Last
- Dein Wissen gibst du gerne an jüngere Kolleg:innen weiter. Es macht dir Freude, sie in ihrer Entfaltung zu begleiten und dadurch unsere Ziele einfacher zu erreichen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
