Als Masterand (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Brennstoffzellensysteme spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem ambitionierten GreenTech-Unternehmen. Du tauchst tief in die Welt der Brennstoffzellentechnologie ein, um innovative Lösungen für unsere emissionsfreien, digital vernetzten Brennstoffzellensysteme zu entwickeln. Deine Arbeit trägt direkt dazu bei, unsere Vision einer CO₂-neutralen Zukunft mit grüner Technologie – Made in Germany zu verwirklichen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du findest die idealen Dämpfungspositionen für unser System, das in Gabelstaplern eingebaut wird, unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Lieferanten
- Du bist an der Auswertung der vorhandenen Testergebnisse des Rüttle-Schüttle-Tests beteiligt
- Du unterstützt bei der Auswahl der richtigen Lagerungsart für das System anhand der Beschleunigung in 3 Achsen
- Du beschäftigst dich mit der Vibrations- und Schockanalyse, basierend auf den Normen DIN EN 60068-2-6:2008-10 und DIN EN 60068-2-27:2010-02
- Du bist an der Durchführung von FEM-Iterationen zur Bewertung von Spannungen und Verschiebungen sowie an der Berechnung von Eigenfrequenzen durch modale FEM beteiligt
- Du analysierst die vorhandenen Dämpfungselemente des Brennstoffzellen-Stacks und des Luftkompressors und erarbeitest Verbesserungsvorschläge für die Konstruktion

Deine Qualifikationen:
- Du studierst im Fach Konstruktion, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren, technischen Fach mit einem entsprechenden Schwerpunkt
- Du hast Erfahrungen mit Brennstoffzellen-Systemen und im Umgang mit Wasserstoff, obwohl dies kein Muss ist
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen mit dem Konstruktionstool Solidworks und dem Simulationstool Ansys gesammelt
- Du tauchst gerne tief in technische Herausforderungen ein und behältst dabei das Gesamtsystem im Blick
- Begeisterung und Offenheit für neue Technologien sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Du bringst eine systematische Arbeitsweise, gesunden Pragmatismus und Lust auf Startup-Geschwindigkeit in einem Team voller GreenTech-Enthusiasten mit

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
