Marketingpraktikant für Eventmanagement und Projektbetreuung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Marketing-Team bei der Konzeption, Kreation und Betreuung an kreativen Ideen, die unser Unternehmen und unsere Botschaft zum Leben erwecken und mehr Aufmerksamkeit für unser Unternehmen – online, print und auf Veranstaltungen (extern/intern)
- Du arbeitest als Teil des Marketingteams an mehreren Marketingaktivitäten mit großem Fokus auf Event- und Projektmanagement und sorgst dafür, dass unser Vertriebsteam auf jeder Messe oder internen Veranstaltung glänzen kann
- Du arbeitest sehr eng mit dem CMO, den Content Managern sowie dem Vertriebsteam und dem Support zusammen und bringst sie mit Deinen Fähigkeiten ein, wo Du kannst
- Du kümmerst dich um Unternehmenspräsentationen, nimmst bei Bedarf Änderungen vor, bereitest Social-Media-Beiträge für LinkedIn vor und hilfst bei der Vorbereitung weiterer PR Maßnahmen
- Du nimmst Ideen und Feedback aus den anderen Abteilungen entgegen und entwickelst ggf. daraus sinnvolle Maßnahmen
- Du übernimmst Ad-hoc-Projekte in verschiedenen Bereichen, unterstützt das Marketing-Team in allen seinen Verantwortungsbereichen und betreust bei Bedarf Freelancer und Agenturen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst oder hast ein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium, vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, Kommunikation usw., abgeschlossen
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung oder Praktika in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen wie Startups oder in einer Unternehmensberatung gesammelt
- Du bist organisiert, detailorientiert, hast Erfahrung darin, Aufgaben in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu priorisieren und kannst bei wichtigen Aufgaben eine 100%ige Vorgehensweise umsetzen
- Du arbeitest analytisch, proaktiv und stark lösungsorientiert
- Du kommunizierst gut mit internen und externen Stakeholdern und verfügst über eine zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, ein hohes Maß an Proaktivität und Gespür für Verantwortung
- In unserem Team kommunizieren wir auf Deutsch und Englisch. Dein Niveau sollte hoch sein oder fließend in beiden Sprachen. Erfahrung mit MS Office (PowerPoint, Word), Projektmanagement-Tools, z.B. Asana, sind ein Plus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
