Als Head of Finance (m/w/d) in unserem Impact-Startup spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Bestreben, die globale Lebensmittelverschwendung drastisch zu reduzieren und somit einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Verringerung des Klimaschadens zu leisten. Durch deine strategische und operative Expertise im Finanzbereich unterstützt du uns dabei, unsere KI-gesteuerte Handels- und Distributionsplattform für überschüssige Lebensmittel weiter auszubauen und zu optimieren. Deine Arbeit hat direkten Einfluss auf unsere Wirtschaftlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit und hilft uns, unsere Mission zu erfüllen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst kontinuierlich Finanz- und KPI-Reporting, Forecasts und Planungen für das Management und Investoren
- Du unterstützt strategische Finanzplanungen und bist aktiv in der Akquise von Fördermitteln sowie in externen Finanzierungsrunden
- Du entwickelst detaillierte Business Cases und Analysen für potentielle neue Geschäftsfelder, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen
- Du steuerst effizient die Liquidität, den Cash Flow und übernimmst Verantwortung in der allgemeinen kaufmännischen Verwaltung sowie im Tagesgeschäft
- Du wirkst aktiv am Rechnungswesen mit und erstellst Finanzabschlüsse in Zusammenarbeit mit externer Buchhaltung und Steuerkanzlei
- Du kommunizierst und steuerst Stakeholder, insbesondere Investoren, und leitest ein kleines Team im Finanzbereich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist hochmotiviert, im Bereich Impact und Nachhaltigkeit tätig zu sein
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft, Buchhaltung oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in leitender Position im Finanzbereich, idealerweise als Head of Finance oder ähnlich
- Du bringst Erfahrung in fachlicher Allround-Verantwortung bei Corporates und Start-Ups mit und arbeitest pragmatisch
- Du besitzt exzellente Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einschlägigen Software-Tools wie Excel, Datev, Moss
- Du hast eine hohe Auffassungsgabe, exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und kannst klare Handlungsempfehlungen geben. Zudem verfügst du über professionelle Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
