Als inhabergeführter Asien-Importeur entwickeln wir gemeinsam mit langjährigen Lieferanten Bürodrehstühle, Gaming-Möbel, Fernsehsessel, Essgruppen sowie andere Kleinmöbel. Unser Kundenkreis aus Deutschland und dem europäischen Ausland umfasst den (filialisierten) Möbeleinzelhandel, sowie Online- und Versandhändler.

Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie gewährleisten den reibungslosen Ablauf der Verkaufsabwicklung
- Sie nehmen Aufträge entgegen und erstellen Auftragsbestätigungen
- Sie übergeben die Aufträge an den Spediteur und überwachen die termingerechte Auslieferung
- Sie klären Unstimmigkeiten und bearbeiten Lieferdifferenzen
- Sie fakturieren Aufträge nach der Auslieferung
- Sie disponieren Handelswaren für das Lagersortiment
- Sie sind Key-User für unser Warenwirtschaftssystem im Bereich Verkauf
- Sie betreuen unsere Bestandskund:innen proaktiv und pflegen Kundenstammdaten sowie die Preis- und Konditionslisten
- Sie erstellen Auswertungen für statistische Zwecke (Statistisches Bundesamt)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben nach einer kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position gesammelt
- Sie haben einen sicheren Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Microsoft Business Central) sowie MS-Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Sie besitzen eine hohe IT-System- und Prozessaffinität
- Sie sprechen verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1)
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine sehr selbstständige, lösungs- sowie teamorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie verfügen über eine hohe Serviceorientierung und denken voraus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
