Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest mit Projektmanager:innen und Ingenieur:innen in jeder Projektphase zusammen, unterstützt diese bei der Überwachung des Projektfortschritts mithilfe regelmäßiger Analysen und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Terminplan- und Dokumentationsprozesse, sowie der Werkzeuge zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Effektivität
- Du organisierst und pflegst Projektdateien, -präsentationen und -unterlagen, um die Einhaltung von Dokumentationsstandards, Qualitätskontrollverfahren und behördlichen Anforderungen sicherzustellen, sowie diese leicht zugänglich zu machen und auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten
- Bei Bedarf begleitest du die Projektmanager:innen auf Baustellenbesuche, um bei der Erstellung von Protokollen, Fotodokumentationen etc. zu unterstützen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst in der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Du verfügst über erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit einer Terminplanungs-Software wie Primavera, MS Project oder anderen Projektmanagement-Tools, und bist vertraut mit dem Microsoft Office-Paket sowie der Google-Umgebung
- Du kennst die Terminologie und Prozesse im Ingenieur- und Bauwesen gut.

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
