Werkstudent im Bereich Legal mit Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die Erstellung und Prüfung von Verträgen und Optimierung von unseren Standard-Vertragsvorlagen sowie die Bewertung von rechtlichen Risiken
- Du recherchierst und gibst eine Einschätzung zu Gesetzesvorhaben, Rechtsprechung sowie Literaturmeinungen
- Die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Standard-Vertragsvorlagen unter Nutzung eines Vertrags-Tools fällt ebenfalls in Deinen Tätigkeitsbereich
- Du erstellst rechtliche Präsentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
- Du unterstützt die Fachabteilungen mit Deinem juristischen Know-How (ohne Arbeits- und Steuerrecht).

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du befindest dich mindestens im 6. Semester Deines Studiums mit der Fachrichtung Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einer ähnlichen Ausrichtung; alternativ hast Du ein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (1. Staatsexamen) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bereitest Dich auf das zweite Staatsexamen vor
- Idealerweise hast Du fundierte Kenntnisse im Zivilrecht (insbesondere Vertragsrecht) erlangt
- Zusätzliche Kenntnisse im Wettbewerbs- und Verbraucherrecht sind von Vorteil
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Technologie-Themen mit
- Einarbeitung in unbekannte Rechtsgebiete macht Dir ebenfalls Spaß
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einer guten Portion Humor
- Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig und bringst bestehende Prozesse mit deinen Ideen voran
- Das MS-Office Paket, insbesondere Excel, beherrscht Du gut
- Kommunikativ bist Du stark und kannst Dich im Deutschen sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich sehr gut ausdrücken. Englisch beherrscht Du gut.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
