Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie überprüfen die digitalen Eingangsrechnungen unter Berücksichtigung aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Sie sind zuständig für die Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen mit und ohne Bestellbezug sowie Anzahlungen für inländische und ausländische Gesellschaften
- Sie führen die Zahlläufe für Reisekosten sowie Kreditorenrechnungen aus und sind verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen und Kontenklärungen sowie das Mahnwesen
- Sie stimmen Intercompany-Transaktionen im Nebenbuch ab und optimieren die buchhalterischen Prozesse im Bereich Accounts Payable
- Sie arbeiten mit bei den Reisekosten- und Spesenabrechnungen für das In- und Ausland unter Beachtung der betrieblichen, gesetzlichen und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften und unterstützen die abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit allen Unternehmensbereichen im In- und Ausland

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting
- Sie glänzen mit einem sicheren Umgang mit SAP FI/MM und dem MS-Office-Paket
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie können Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikation und Teamgeist zu ihren Stärken zählen
- Sie hinterfragen bestehende Arbeitsinhalte und -prozesse adäquat und suchen eigenständig kontinuierlich nach Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
- Sie verfügen über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau
