Head of Finance für Finanzstrategie und Controlling (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die monatlichen, quartalsweise und jährlichen Finanzabschlüsse und die Standardisierung der Berichterstattung fürs Management und die Investoren zuständig
- Du erstellst Finanzanalysen, Berichte und Prognosen gemäß regulatorischen Anforderungen und steuerst Themen der Buchhaltung, einschließlich eingehender und ausgehender Rechnungen
- Du bist für die Implementierung des Budgetcontrollings, für die Umsatz- und Kostenplanung sowie für die monatliche Liquiditätsplanung zuständig und entwickelst verschiedene Controlling-Instrumente wie Projekt- und Vertriebscontrolling weiter
- Du gestaltest agiler Prozesse und Systeme nach Richtlinien, sicherst ein effektives Finanzmanagement und übernimmst die Kommunikation und den Austausch mit dem Steuerberater in allen finanziellen und steuerlichen Angelegenheiten
- Du bist für die Überwachung von internen und externen Prüfungen, die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Prüfstandards und für die Bearbeitung von Feststellungen oder Empfehlungen verantwortlich, verantwortest den Cashflow und die Liquidität
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung sowie Investoren zur Entwicklung langfristiger Finanzstrategien, die mit den Geschäftszielen übereinstimmen, fungierst als Sparringspartner:in für Deine Teammitglieder und reportest an unseren COO

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Controllingbereich, idealerweise in einem wettbewerbsintensiven und anspruchsvollen Arbeitsumfeld mit
- Du verfügst über Führungserfahrungen mit starken Fähigkeiten in der Mitarbeiter:innenentwicklung und im Coaching
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Finanzmodellierung, Berichterstattung und Analyse sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in GAAP und anderen Rechnungslegungsstandards
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Du kannst Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und -systemen nachweisen und schätzt eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, bringst hohe Motivation mit
- Du hast exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C2- Niveau) und Englisch (C1-Niveau), weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
